Gentle breezes flow through the apartment (day and night) between the west-facing gulf view and east-facing entrance view. Of course, the central air-conditioning is also an option.

The Living / Dining Room is open and light-filled from the glass doors overlooking the Gulf. Contemporary furnishings set-off the room, making it an elegant entertainment space. Color TV. AM/FM Stereo sound system with CD player, Record player & Tape player.

The Carriage Club is a well-established quiet building, with minimal turnover. The neighbors are very personable; and good friends of ours. We are looking for tenants who will fit in, respect, and enjoy a friendly close-knit community.

The Carriage Club property is exceptionally well-maintained. Most units are owner-occupied.

Covered parking for one car. Additional temporary parking spaces are available for guests.

The building is a three-minute walk to the Edgewater Beach Hotel.

Building has 36 units, separated into two adjacent tiers, each served by an elevator. Only 3 units per floor. Almost exclusively owner occupied. Central air-conditioning.

Bedrooms & Baths

Front Bedroom is contemporarily furnished with Queen bed, dresser, two closets, combined sink and dressing area and separated bath (tub, with shower head, and toilet). Windows face west, overlooking beach.

Back Bedroom is setup as a guest bedroom with contemporary pull-out sleeper sofa, dresser, and closet. Windows face east, overlooking building entrance.

1st Bath has tub (with shower head), toilet and sink, with large vanity and mirror.

2nd Bath is combined with Front Bedroom (see above).

RATES

Minimum lease is 3 months (board imposed – no exceptions).
January - March is $4,000 per month.
Longer lease periods are negotiable.

Sorry, NO smoking; NO pets; NO one under 18 years

A $4,000 refundable deposit (plus lease application fee) holds your reservation. The lease requires board of directors approval. Your deposit then becomes a security deposit which is refundable 30 days after your departure, less actual cleaning. 30 days prior to your arrival, the full three month rental is due. All that said, you are going to LOVE this place!
